Cloud SIP server. Thanks to peer-to-peer connectivity, SIP calls are placed directly between devices without needing a SIP server. With the mobile calling function, SIP calls are routed to mobile devices through the cloud.
SIP call on mobile. Calls not answered at the panel are forwarded to mobile devices, so your guests are never left waiting at the door.
Intercom. Use your Miola touch panel to talk to outdoor stations and open doors. The panel also lets you call apartment units, security, site management and reception.
Notifications. Any information sent to or created on the panel can be pushed to mobile devices as a notification, even when the app is not running in the background.
Mobile integration. Manage lighting, climate, blinds, alarms and intercom from your mobile devices — everything you can do on the touch panel, you can do from your smartphone.

Shipping across Europe
We ship KNX devices and smart home equipment to all EU member states, as well as to the UK, Switzerland and Norway. All orders are dispatched from within the European Union, so there are no extra customs charges or import duties for EU destinations.
- Processing time: in-stock orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery: typically 2–4 business days for Central & Western Europe and 4–7 business days for the rest of the EU.
- Items subject to availability: when a product is not in stock or is supplied on order, the delivery time depends on stock and supplier lead time. The maximum delivery term is 30 days from order confirmation; we will inform you of the estimated date and keep you updated.
- Carriers: tracked courier services (DPD, GLS, DHL) with a tracking number sent by e-mail once your order ships.
- Shipping cost: transport is not included in the product price and is calculated separately, depending on the destination country and distance or the value of the products ordered. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Payment & Delivery conditions
- Individual products: orders placed in the online shop are processed against 100% advance payment. Products are reserved, ordered from our suppliers and dispatched only after the order value has been paid in full.
- Contracted projects: for a complete project carried out by us (design, supply and installation/commissioning), a 50% advance is required to start the works, with the balance due on completion as set out in the contract.
Delivery terms are estimates that start from the moment your order is confirmed and the advance payment is received. They depend on stock availability and the destination country. In all cases, orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days unless another term is expressly agreed with you. If an item cannot be supplied within this period, you may choose to wait, replace it or receive a full refund.

The prices listed in the shop are reference prices for individual items and may be subject to change. The final price can be optimised depending on the order value and the scope of your project.
- Volume discounts: the higher the order value, the better the pricing we can offer; tiered discounts are confirmed in your quote.
- Per-project quotation: for a complete KNX project we prepare a dedicated, per-project offer with project-based pricing instead of standard list prices.
- Professional / trade pricing: integrators, installers and resellers receive special conditions — log in to your account to see your prices.
Returns & Warranty
- 14-day returns: in line with EU consumer law, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days.
- Manufacturer warranty: all KNX devices come with the full manufacturer warranty against defects.
- Technical support: our engineers can help with selection, ETS configuration and commissioning across Europe.
