KNX Touch Panel 5.5″ Smart Touch — Letour is a modern touch panel for KNX systems, designed for centralized control of lighting, climate, blinds and energy consumption. It is wall-mounted and gives direct access to essential home functions, without apps or remote controls. The two built-in relays allow local 230 V commands without additional modules, providing a modern and intuitive smart home experience.
The device integrates directly into the KNX installation and is configured with standard ETS software, providing reliable control and monitoring within building automation. The interface can be personalized via SD card, with password protection and security functions. Display: touch, 5.5 inch, resolution 720 × 1280, true color.

Shipping across Europe
We ship KNX devices and smart home equipment to all EU member states, as well as to the UK, Switzerland and Norway. All orders are dispatched from within the European Union, so there are no extra customs charges or import duties for EU destinations.
- Processing time: in-stock orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery: typically 2–4 business days for Central & Western Europe and 4–7 business days for the rest of the EU.
- Items subject to availability: when a product is not in stock or is supplied on order, the delivery time depends on stock and supplier lead time. The maximum delivery term is 30 days from order confirmation; we will inform you of the estimated date and keep you updated.
- Carriers: tracked courier services (DPD, GLS, DHL) with a tracking number sent by e-mail once your order ships.
- Shipping cost: transport is not included in the product price and is calculated separately, depending on the destination country and distance or the value of the products ordered. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Payment & Delivery conditions
- Individual products: orders placed in the online shop are processed against 100% advance payment. Products are reserved, ordered from our suppliers and dispatched only after the order value has been paid in full.
- Contracted projects: for a complete project carried out by us (design, supply and installation/commissioning), a 50% advance is required to start the works, with the balance due on completion as set out in the contract.
Delivery terms are estimates that start from the moment your order is confirmed and the advance payment is received. They depend on stock availability and the destination country. In all cases, orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days unless another term is expressly agreed with you. If an item cannot be supplied within this period, you may choose to wait, replace it or receive a full refund.

Returns & Warranty
- 14-day returns: in line with EU consumer law, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days.
- Manufacturer warranty: all KNX devices come with the full manufacturer warranty against defects.
- Technical support: our engineers can help with selection, ETS configuration and commissioning across Europe.
