Complaints / Dispute Resolution
Consumers can find general information on their rights and on dispute resolution in the EU on the European Commission’s “Your Europe” portal: https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/index_en.htm.
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
The online conciliation procedure is not a mandatory requirement for calling the competent courts. Rather, it is an alternative way of eliminating differences that may arise within the framework of a contractual relationship.
We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but will consider doing so on a case-by-case basis.
Consumers resident in Romania may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — alternative dispute resolution (SAL): https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.
